SMG Broker Instaforex and Borussia Dortmund Partnership

SMG are delighted to announce it has sourced and brokered a new partnership between Bundesliga giants, Borussia Dortmund, and leading online forex trading company InstaForex. This is an initial two year agreement that will run until the end of the 2020/21 season. 

The partnership incorporates a significant range of assets including the use of new technology that sees Instaforex messages regionally broadcast via digital billboards to Asian markets at Bundesliga home matches.The new alliance will also see InstaForex offer exciting Borussia experiences to the customers who are fans in these markets, including tickets to watch the “Black and Yellows” play at home at Germany’s largest football stadium, “SIGNAL IDUNA PARK”. Moreover it will give a chance to Asian customers of InstaForex to get closer to Borussia without leaving their country by meeting Borussia legends, becoming a part of Borussia’s Asian tour 2020 etc.

SMG Unite Instaforex with India GrandMaster Viswanathan Anand

SMG are delighted to have brokered a Brand Ambassador partnership between Instaforex and "Vishy" Ananad as the broker  celebrates its eleventh anniversary.  

Anand has more than 30 years of a meteorical career. In 1985, he became the  youngest Indian International Master, in 1987 he won The Junior World Championship and in 1988 he became the first Indian Grandmaster. In 1992 he showed his world leading ambitions by winning a super tournament in Reggio Emilia ahead of Kasparov and Karpov. In 2000 he became Fide World champion and in the year 2007 he finally became an undisputed world champion and held his title for 6 years. In the same year of  2007, he was awarded India's second highest civilian award, the Padma Vibhushan, making him the first sportsperson to receive the award. He is also current World Rapid Chess Champion.

SMG unite Tappit and Birmingham City FC

SMG are delighted to have brokered an agreement between 
Birmingham City Football Club and Tappit to launch Blues Fastpay. 
Blues Fastpay offers supporters a cashless payment system at all 
Kiosks across St. Andrew’s Trillion Trophy Stadium. 

The innovative system, produced by the cashless experience expert, aims to reduce serving time and improve the overall matchday experience for fans.

Blues Fastpay will be introduced at the start of the 2018/19 season. Supporters will be able to top up cash onto their Season Tickets to pay for food and drink at Kiosks, fan bars and also to purchase merchandise in the Blues Store.

Ian Dutton, Head of Commercial, Birmingham City Football Club, said: “Blues Fastpay is one of the ways that we are bringing the best experience possible to Birmingham City supporters inside St. Andrew’s Trillion Trophy Stadium.

Blues will also introduce paperless ticketing for non-season ticket supporters at St. Andrew’s Trillion Trophy Stadium. Match passes will be issued to any Blues fans purchasing a ticket for the first time. Their unique match pass will then be re-used for all future home ticket purchases.

Only cash that is loaded onto the card can be spent. Blues fans will be able to top up their cashless cards in a variety of ways; online, at St. Andrew’s Trillion Trophy, via auto top-up and through the Blues App.

SMG Expand AvaTrade Deal with Manchester City

SMG have expanded AvaTrade's partnership with Manchester City to a global level sponsorship.

The multi-year deal is an expansion of an agreement signed by the two parties back in February, which saw AvaTrade become the Premier League champions’ regional partner in China, Asia and Latin America.

Under the terms of the partnership, AvaTrade will offer its customers and business partners exclusive City-related promotions, prizes and VIP trips to the club’s Etihad Stadium
